Vinylization is about music discovery: starting with a connection, following it wherever it leads, and helping worthwhile artists earn more than a passing listen.
WHY VINYLIZATION EXISTS
There is more music available than ever, but finding something that genuinely connects can still feel strangely difficult. Vinylization is one route through it.
ONE ROUTE INTO MUSIC. NOT THE ONLY ROUTE.
THE IDEA
START WITH A CONNECTION.
Discovery often begins with something familiar: a sound, a support band, a producer, a label, a recommendation or one track that makes you want to know more.
Vinylization follows those connections backward, forward and sideways. Progressive rock, metal and hard rock are the main territory, but interesting music does not stop at genre boundaries, so neither do we.
01 · NO SCORES
LISTEN, DON'T RANK
Music is not a league table. We would rather explain what made us pay attention and give you somewhere useful to start.
02 · NO PAY-TO-PLAY
EDITORIAL STAYS EDITORIAL
Artists do not pay to be reviewed or featured, and favourable coverage is not for sale. Any future commercial relationship will be clearly separated from editorial judgement.
03 · SUPPORT ARTISTS
FOLLOW OFFICIAL ROUTES
When we point towards music, merchandise or tickets, we aim to use verified official links and explain clearly what we have — and have not — verified about them.
EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE
CURIOSITY FIRST.
Vinylization exists to help people encounter music worth hearing, not to manufacture enthusiasm. A feature means we found a useful discovery route to share. It does not mean an artist bought their way onto the site.
START SOMEWHERE FAMILIAR. FOLLOW WHAT CONNECTS. SEE WHERE YOU END UP.
