Sometimes one track is enough to make you want to investigate a band.

For me, that track was ‘Doom Loop’ by PRESIDENT. What caught my attention was the crossover between genres. My immediate comparison was Sleep Token, almost as though somebody had pushed the tempo up.

That is a personal point of reference, rather than a definitive description. But discovery often starts that way: something unfamiliar connects with something you already love, and you follow it.

Start with the track

Released on 21 May 2026, ‘Doom Loop’ has its own page on PRESIDENT’s official website, with listening links.

Give it your attention before reading too much about the band. Does the Sleep Token comparison make sense to you? Where does it stop being useful? Which element makes you want to press play again?

You might hear something different from what drew me in. That is part of the point of Vinylization: sharing a way into the music, then leaving room for your own response.

Where to go next

After ‘Doom Loop’, try working backwards.

PRESIDENT’s official catalogue lists the 2025 EP King Of Terrors, including earlier singles ‘Fearless’, ‘Rage’ and ‘Destroy Me’. Pick one, then explore the EP as a whole.

Next, move forward to the 2026 album Blood Of Your Empire. That gives you a route from the song that caught your attention into both the earlier material and a full album.

This is a listening route, rather than a ranking. The question is whether that first connection develops into an interest in the artist beyond one track.

If it connects, support it

Finding an artist is the beginning. If the music earns a place in your life, consider buying a release, choosing some merchandise or seeing them live.

PRESIDENT’s official store directory links to regional music and merchandise shops. Their official website also provides access to tour information and newsletter registration.

These are official artist links, with no Vinylization affiliate tracking. We have not verified how purchase revenue is divided between the band and its commercial partners.

There is no obligation to spend. Giving the music your attention and recommending a track to somebody who might love it are worthwhile too.
